Google review removalcontact
Tell us about the review. We will be straight.
Ask about a review, several locations, or a case that is already open. You get a straight answer on whether there is a case in it.
- A person reads every message
- No account needed to ask
What helps
Four things that turn a first message into an answer.
None of it is required. Each one saves a round of questions.
- 01
A link to the listing
The Google Maps link, or the business name and city.
- 02
Which reviews you mean
The reviewer’s name, or a line from the review.
- 03
What your records say
Whether the writer was a customer, an employee or neither.
- 04
Anything with a date on it
An inspection, a sale or a launch the review could affect.
Often asked first
It may already be answered.
What do you need from me to start?
The business name or the Google listing link. Some clauses also need a record from you, such as proof that the writer worked for you.
Can you remove a review from a real customer?
Only if it breaks a policy. A real visit and a harsh opinion is marked No rule broken. It is not filed and there is no fee.
Do you need my Google password?
No. We never ask for it. If a case needs access to the listing, you grant it from your own account and can withdraw it whenever you like.
When am I billed?
When Google removes the review. Opening a case and filing are not billed.
