Google review removalterms
The terms of a case.
A fee is billed only after Google removes the review. Everything below sets out the rest.

The service
RemovalCase reads the low reviews on a Google listing against Google’s published review policies, writes a case for each review you accept, and files it with Google. Google decides every case.
Your listing
You may open cases only for a listing you own or manage. By opening a case you confirm that you do, and that any record you send is yours to share.
We never ask for your Google password and never need access to your account.
Fees and billing
Fees run $300 to $400 per removed review. The class and the fee of each case are written on its case sheet, and nothing is filed until you accept it.
The audit and opening a case cost nothing. A fee is billed only after Google removes the review from your listing. If Google declines, the case is filed a second time at the same fee. A case Google declines twice is not billed.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw any case before it is filed, by replying to its case sheet or through the contact page. Nothing is billed for a withdrawn case.
Fair use
Do not use the audit to flood the site, to collect other people’s data, or for any listing you have no right to act for. We may refuse or close a case that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
We write and file each case with care and tell you how it stands. Because Google makes every decision, our total responsibility for any case is limited to the fee you paid us for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A case already opened keeps the terms it was opened under.
