Google review removalhow it works
Five steps from a bad review to a decided case.
A removal case is a piece of written reasoning, sent to the one party that can act on it. Here is every step, who takes it, and where you can stop.
- You approve every case
- Google decides every case
- Billed only on removal
- 01
You
Send the listing
Give us the business name and city, or paste the Google Maps link. That is all the audit needs. No login, no password, no card.
- 02
RemovalCase
We read and price each review
Each low review is read against the policies one at a time. If a policy is met, the review gets a case sheet with the clause, the reasoning, the class and the fee. If none is met, it is marked No rule broken.
- 03
You
You approve, case by case
You read each sheet and accept the ones you want filed. You can accept one, all, or none. A sheet you do not accept is never filed and never billed.
- 04
Google
Google decides
The accepted case is filed with Google through its own channel for reporting reviews. Google reads it and decides. We do not have a private line and nobody does.
- 05
RemovalCase
Confirmed, then billed
We open your live listing and look for the review. If it is gone, the fee on that sheet is billed. If Google declined, the case is filed a second time at the same fee.
What Google’s policies cover
Some reviews have a case. Most harsh ones do not.
The policies are about what a review is, not whether it is fair. That line decides which reviews become a case.
Has a case
- The writer says they were never a customer
- A current or former employee, or a competitor
- An advert, a phone number or a link to another business
- A threat, a slur or an attack on a named person
- A private address or phone number, published without consent
- A complaint about something the business does not run
No rule broken
- A complaint about price, the wait or the tone
- A visit you remember differently from the customer
- A review that is harsh, but describes a real purchase
These are not filed and there is no fee. A calm public reply is the tool for a review like this, not a removal case.
Questions at this point
Asked halfway through.
Who decides whether a review is removed?
Google. We build and file the case. We have no special relationship with Google.
What if Google declines?
The case goes to a second filing at the same fee. If that is declined too, the case closes and no fee is billed.
Do you need my Google password?
No. We never ask for it. If a case needs access to the listing, you grant it from your own account and can withdraw it whenever you like.
Is this within Google’s rules?
Yes. Each case cites a policy Google published and goes through Google’s own channel. No fake flags and no second accounts.
Find out which of your reviews have a case.
Send the listing. You get a sheet for each low review, with the policy and the fee, before anything is filed.
- Opening a case is not billed
