Questions
Questions people ask.
What makes a removal request strong?
It names one policy, quotes the exact words in the review that meet it, and points to a record that supports the reading. A request that only says the review is unfair gives Google nothing to act on.
Where do I paste the request?
Report the review from your Business Profile, choose the reason that matches the clause, and use the request text wherever Google lets you explain. Keep a copy with the date you sent it.
What if more than one clause fits?
Lead with the one the review’s own words meet most plainly. A case sheet from us names one clause per review and sets out why.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The builder runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Find out which of your reviews have a case.
Send the listing. You get a sheet for each low review, with the policy and the fee, before anything is filed.
- Opening a case is not billed
- $300 to $400 per removed review
- $0 if Google keeps it
