Google review removalprivacy
What we collect, and why.
Only what we need to audit your reviews, write and file the cases you accept, and reply to you.

What we collect
When you use the free audit: the Google listing you choose, and the public reviews on it, which come from Google.
When you give it: your email, your name, a phone number, any records you send for a case, and anything you write in the contact form or the chat.
Automatically: your IP address, used only to stop the forms and the audit from being flooded, and the page and campaign that first brought you here, so we know which of our ads and pages work.
What we use it for
To run the audit, to write and file the cases you accept, to tell you how each one stands, to answer your messages, and to bill a fee after Google removes a review.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the services below that run the site for us. Records you send for a case are used only in that case.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores what you send. Serper fetches the public listing and its reviews from Google. An AI model provider reads each low review against the policies and writes the chat replies. Resend sends our emails.
Each of them handles your details only to do that job for us.
How long we keep it
An audit is kept for 14 days. A chat conversation is kept for 30 days. Cases, invoices and the messages you send us are kept as business records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and storage
We set no advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a random chat id, whether you closed the chat prompt, and the page and campaign that first brought you here. You can clear these in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request through the contact page, from the email you used, and we reply to that address.
