Reply to a review without breaking privacy.

Pick what the review is about. Each reply answers it in public without saying who wrote it or what care they had.

What is the review about?

Never put in a public reply

  • That the writer is or was a patient or client
  • Any date, visit, treatment, condition or test
  • Anything from a chart, a bill or an appointment record
  • That you remember them, or what they said in the room

We take feedback about scheduling seriously and review it with our team. Please contact our office directly so we can look into your concern.

Each reply answers the review without saying who wrote it or what care they had. Replace “our office” with how people reach you.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Can a practice reply to a Google review at all?

Yes. A reply can thank the writer, state the practice’s standards and invite a private conversation. What it cannot do is confirm that the writer is a patient or discuss their care.

Why not explain what really happened?

Because the explanation would disclose the person’s health information in public. Even a correction that seems harmless confirms the relationship.

What if the review is fake?

Reply in the same neutral way, then report it. A review from someone who was never seen at the practice can break Google’s policy on fake engagement, and a case can be built on the records you hold in private.

Is anything I choose saved?

No. The replies are written in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
